Vinification:  The freshly harvested grapes are de-stemmed, pressed, and Placed in vats at a temperature of 12-14 ° C for three days to bring out Their varietal aromas. Fermentation takes place at a temperature of 28-30 ° C, Followed by a 6/8-day period of steeping and then the drawing-off. 

Ageing:  The wine ages for twelve months in small oak barrels (part new and part used). 

Sensory traits:  It has an intense ruby color with violet hues and rich. The bouquet offers an intense scents of a range of varietal nature: from red roses to the fruitiness of raspberries, sour black cherries and blackberries.  

Food and wine combinations:  A noble but not over-austere wine That goes well with boiled and roasted meats. 

Serving temperature:  Serve at a temperature of 16-18 ° C.
