Grape variety:  Falanghina 85%

This sparkling red wine made with Falanghina grapes harvest in September, slightly before ripeness. The bubbles are produced following the natural secondary fermentation in closed pressure tanks.

Sensory traits:  Straw colored, this wine has a lively persistent mousse and scents of exotic fruits, broom, and crusty bread.

Food and wine combinations: Great with starters, seafood dishes, white meats, grilled vegetables.
