Wine obtained by pressing of grapes Pinot Grigio on the hillside medium-high, it is a wine with a straw yellow color with golden hues, the bouquet is intense, fine, fruity flavor of the apple and peach. The taste is fresh, full and vinous for aging in small oak barrels, round, balanced, fresh and lively in the aftertaste. It goes very well with appetizers, first courses, white meats, fish and shellfish.
